everything about the hotel was great. close to all major amenities that you could need. old quebec only 15 min away. the only complaint would be a downed elevator at the time making elevator rides extremely slow!

My family and I stayed here one night and overall was really excellent stay. The only thing we wanted to check in early which they charge a fee, no problem, but when we arrived after I called to make sure what time to come, the room wasn't ready. We asked for reimbursement on early check with no problem. I wasn't angry cause we needed to go to my daughter's soccer game and didn't mind checking in later. Also, breakfast was ok, kids enjoyed, but super basic and easy breakfast. Pool and arcades were a really cool attraction here. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The hot tub was not hot. It was a luke warm tub. Also we tried to order room service and they said it was an extra charge but then we had to go get it. So that didn't make sense to me. Otherwise clean and nice staff

We stayed here for three nights and loved it. The hotel was very clean. Our kids loved the pool and the splash pad. Is adults were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't a regular hot tub temperature and very weak jetts, more like a warm bath. It was also very inconvenient that we had to pick a specific time for the breakfast, meaning we had to set alarms while on vacation. The underground parking was very convenient, the elevators were extremely slow but we didn't mind waiting. The beds weren't very comfortable but the room was spotless and lots of space. The location was great. It was close to everything we wanted to do while on vacation. We will be back again.

In general a good experience. Pros: Clean, friendly staff, well placed in the city. Cons: Bed matress was too hard, pull out bed matress was way better strangely. Shower pressure was horrible, couldnt hardly rince properly. Pool was way too much crowded, water was overflowing and extremely loud inside. Breakfast cereal choice was limited to the most basic of choices (rice krispies, corn flakes...) for a kids friendly hotel, weird choice

One elevator was down and we had to wait at least 15 min to take the elevator each time. We can see we’re getting frustrated The magnetic card was not working at the pool, we waited 15 min to realized that a worker was standing beside us not doing anything, not even realizing we were waiting.

Nice Hotel Bad Elevator

My stay was 2 nights on business as usual everything was good. The only complaint I have is there is an elevator that has not worked in weeks maybe months. When things are busy the wait for the elevator is VERY Long. We had a full car and would stop at every floor to find people waiting.

The only reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and waterslide which we were unable to use . The hot tub was running but had to be of 6 years old and my son wasn’t old enough. There was only 4 pillows present for two queen size beds and 4 people. When asked for more they said they didn’t have any available. The elevators took at least 10 mins each use and felt very unsafe. There was way to many people and reception was unable to help us with anything . Would not recommend .
