7 minutes to old city.. very easy to drive to and from. Property was excellent condition. Parking worked out for us but be prepared and plan as need to use city street or two lots close by.

The unit was super clean and still smelled new. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare all our meals. Groceries and dépanneur within a km. The 800 bus is just a few blocks away and takes you right to Place d’Youville. The downsides: parking was a challenge and we had to park a few blocks away. We had to give a credit card deposit but I wasn’t comfortable giving my card information over the phone or by email so we had to drive downtown to their other office to process my credit card, even though there was someone on site. And the windows don’t open, so even though there is good a/c and air circulation, after 5 days it felt a little stale inside. But I would still recommend it and would stay again. It’s a really nice little place.

It’s brand new apartment hotel with all new facilities including kitchen, just like a home. They don’t have laundry in room but there is a public laundry in the building for free.

The apartment is new, modern and with a nice view; it is perfectly cleaned and there is really everything you need for your stay. Easy parking in the nearby area and well located (more or less 10 minutes by car to Quebec City Centre). The only thing that left us surprised was not receiving any indication for checking in until we phoned the reception (several times), although they should send an e-mail with instructions on the afternoon of arrival. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Communication on getting access was painful to get as there is no one on site. Parking was not clear. Smart TV and apt were impeccable and in great state. The bus to downtown was the most convenient 15 min single bus ride. Loved the place.

A brand new property that has been put together with focus on detail and simple design. A beautiful space with everything you could need! The communication was good but should’ve happened the day BEFORE we arrived rather than the day of. Once we received the access codes, getting into our unit was easy.

Place was nice and clean. Huge problem is safety. Rooms and lobby accessed using number codes. No extra locks in Units, just code lock. A stranger opened our door to our unit very early in the morning and walked-in on us. Very dangerous and not safe without any additional door locks in unit.
