Had a suite with 2 beds (for the kids) and one closed room with a bed (parents). Our bed was beside the emergency stairs that are not carpeted so we woke up 4 times during the night by people jumping in the stairs. Not enough elevator, we had to wait between 5-10 minutes each time. Pool was cold. Furniture is old, shower was leaking and mattresses are horrible. Never going back, especially for the price they charged. Lot of good hotels around Laurier Blvd.

Very busy when we checked in, it was spring break which we didn’t know, after that it was all good, hotel is a little dated but clean, staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant is ok, great service good wine and beer selection and food is ok

Hotel Classique is about 15-20 minutes drive from old Quebec, and we chose it for its free parking policy. At first, we got a room with AC not working. The hotel sent a technician twice and later changed the room for us. Overall, it has good services and nice modern rooms. There is also a Laurier Mall opposite. We recommend it to tourists that needs parking.

Great stay with my toddler, staff was very friendly and helpful, great area with everything nearby, especially the malls. Cosmos was a great space for dinning, and were very courteous for my allergies

I found bed bugs and they were not taking me serious even when I showed them the pictures I took. I had to leave and pay for another hotel
