Nice entrance. Clean as ever. Great parking. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired in honesty. Chilled broiled eggs, fruit, bread with spreads. Okay for one night or two nonetheless. If I had a chance to speak with management I would suggest that the coffee and tea and water remain available for all.

Hotel was good, clean and safe. Only thing is that reception host on arrival was kind of tired so customer service was not at its best. In the other hand the employees the next morning when checking out, were absolutely amazing, friendly and happy.

Rooms felt a bit outdated compared to Sherbrooke or Drummondville. Shower was not ideal for taller people. Wifi was awesome, no captive portal nonsense. Parking was great and EV chargers were nice, could maybe use more of them though. Staff were amazing, lobby was really nice. Rooms, hallways and even the lobby to some degree all felt pretty dark.

Staff were very nice. Hotel room is large but we just don’t the room is a little dark. They should have a couple more bright light so whoever wants brighter can turn it on.

Hotel was ok, bit dark for my liking. Not enough lighting in the room to even read the instructions, light fixtues are little odd. Front lobby has the fireplace it looked good but overall they should consider a different interior decorations.
