Wonderful place to experience Quebec
The place has a country side cottage feel. We stayed for 6 nights and explored Quebec and the coast and old highway. The location was perfect! The neighbors were charming and friendly. We even got to try the restaurant below. The place was perfect for us traveling with our daughter and cat. It was fully equipped and felt like home! The view of the church was charming! The people were amazing - generous, friendly and proud of Quebec! 😃

Quick getaway to Quebec City
We were really impressed with apartment. Very spacious and clean and well-appointed. The location is just north of Quebec City in a quiet neghborhood, but it was an easy drive to the sights we wanted to see. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

A weekend away
My husband and I wanted to visit Quebec City. I looked at a bunch of properties in the city but they didn’t speak to me. I saw this property and thought it was too good to be true. It was exactly as advertised. The rental was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Elaine checked in with us when we arrived. It was an easy drive to get into the city, the island or anywhere we needed to go. Parking was free and just down the stairs. We have recommended this place to everyone we have told about our trip. If we return to QC this is the place we will stay!!!!

Large, comfortable apartment in quaint town of L’ange gardiens.
We found apartment to be generally comfortable (air conditioner was only effective in living dining room area). We used the fan from the living room to make the bedroom comfortable). We were there during an usually hot period! The location of the apartment was convenient to old Quebec. We enjoyed our stay. (We noticed the banister on the outdoor staircase was a bit shaky).

Fabulous apartment!
Wonderful, HUGE apartment. Her design style is impeccable. Every detail is spot on. The beds are incredibly comfortable. East drive to old Quebec City. Amenities are complete. Everything you need. We only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t enough. You won’t regret staying here.

Leisure at L'Ange-Gardien
Elaine’s place is a very comfortable base to explore Quebec City and the surrounding attractions. Elaine is a fantastic host, very responsive in her communications and very helpful. We stayed over a week and enjoyed our stay. Elaine’s pizza restaurant is right below on the first floor and serves delicious pizza and ice cream. Vieux Quebec is only 20 minutes away and the beautiful Montmorency Falls, only 10 minutes away. We are even managed to visit the Jacques Cartier National park (45 mins away). Overall, a very pleasant stay! Highly recommended!

A gem of a stay
The only thing we would point out is that this home would be dificult for anyone with mobility issues to accesd. The stairs are high and steep. Other than that, it is a beautiful apartment. Pizza and ice cream parlor downstairs is amazing. Corner store is 3-4 monutes walk. Grocery store is 5 minutes by car. Very fadt reply by the owner to any and all requests.

Relaxed location
The location of the rental property was excellent for our family. We loved to be staying a bit further away from the city so we can enjoy quiet and relaxed atmosphere after touring Old Quebec City and neighboring places. Quebec City was a very short drive away. We also visited the island with farms, boutiques, wineries and other cute places. The host Elaine was excellent!

Quaint village apartment
This is a cozy apartment away from craziness of the city. It is quite a spacious apartment with all the amenities. Great area to walk around and get some beautiful views, while still having convenient access to Quebec City. Would definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL Hidden Gem in a BEAUTIFUL town!!!
My spouse and I celebrated our 4th anniversary with our pup and the host was kind, gave us the details right after booking, and surprised us with a wonderful pizza sampler from the restaurant on the 1st floor! The apartment above the restaurant was spacious, cozy, quiet, and has a patio with a beautiful view that’s perfect for dining on frites, poutine, and crème de la glacé! Merci mille fois!

Maison conforme à la description. Très accueillante, cosy et charmante. Décorée avec soins. (vaisselle très vintage pour les nostalgiques). Maison spacieuse et très suffisante pour 4 personnes. Comme une maison de campagne. Nous avons apprécié l'environnement, loin de la ville, les voisins du dessous sont vraiment adorables. A proximité de Québec et des attractions. Nous recommandons sincèrement.
