So many things we loved about this charming hotel… the fantastic location across the road from the lake , a first floor balcony that overlooked the town square and a view of lake, clean room and comfy bed. Easy walk to ferry terminal and all the dining options. One of the highlights of this hotel was the infinity roof top pool - we spent every afternoon taking in the view from this wonderful spot. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next time in Italy. Thank you...

"I cannot say enough good things about the Grand Hotel Victoria. From the immaculately kept grounds; beautiful lush hydrangeas, wonderful pool, exceptional restaurants, to the staff. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and made me and my fiancé feel right at home. We had several hiccups with travel along to and from Como and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we got to our destinations safely and smoothly. To travelers: do check out the local gelato spot that is a 5 minute walk from the hotel (pro-tip: get the pistachio) and the restaurant “Dal Tato” for some amazing Italian food. "
"Our flight was delayed and we arrived late, after the check-in window had closed, but the staff went completely above and beyond to help us make it there okay. They kept parking open late and provided an extremely clear and personalized instruction guide to access the property, retrieve our key, and make it to our room late at night.
