Lovely inexpensive option in beautiful Area. Easy walk from train station, nearby lake walk is fabulous and there are several nice places to eat. Staff was helpful and efficient. Get the breakfast- well worth the cost, lots of options.

Our room smelled like fresh meat. The room service checked our room and said everything is normal, however it was very gross and also hard to sleep in such a room. The hotel staff refused to change our room.

Place was ok for a clean place to sleep over if you are alone or with your significant other. Area around hotel was not the best and the shower curtain outside of the shower with a mirror on the adjacent wall was not a good design. Would not recommend the budget hotel for families as extremely small space. We had nowhere to put our luggage and room to walk. It was only three of us and we had three backpacks. Bed almost reaches across the room to the other wall with sink next to bed. So if you want a little bit more room to move in I wouldn’t suggest staying here. If you just need a quick overnight stay to continue on your trip it is perfect.

Good location. Room was very clean and staff were friendly. Happy stay! The only problem was that I paid CHF10.9 for the city tax as per hotel. But in my booking document I only need to pay AU12.45 for city tax plus tourism fee at the property. Ibis asked me to contact my booking agent who only said I need to pay the city tax. It was very confused me as my booking said I need to pay AU12.45 in the property but now I must pay CHF10.9 ( nearly AU20 ). My advice is if city tax needs to be paid in the property, please write in the local currency. Thanks!

It was extremely hot night and there was no air conditioning available, no hair dryer, no iron, no fridge nothing. Horrible small room with 2 towels and 2 soap bars that is it. Would not recommend this place. Super expensive but you dont get anything.

Budget it is exept the price $200 night. Small cheep looking rooms, toilet door basically a painted plywood on hinges. Got a room on top floor that had no air conditioning and with the heat wave this summer was impossible to stay in. We ended up going to a different hotel and they couldn’t refund anything because we booked a non refundable option, lesson learned. Reception area has nice big windows overlooking a pool that is not for the budget guests.

Echt een budget hotel maar je betaald wel de hoofdprijs. Een hele kleine kamer, de douche is een klein hokje en staat letterlijk in de kamer. Wij verbleven hier omdat we vanuit Italië naar Nederland reden. O ja en we moesten ook nog parkeerkosten betalen. Stond nergens vermeld. Het ontbijt had wel genoeg keuze en er is een mooi zwembad aanwezig. De omgeving is prachtig, de Lugano meer is op loopafstand.
