The breakfast was good and room was spacious but garbage wasn't empty in bathroom. They didn't really have staff at the front desk, so we had to go to the Kitchen when we need to call a taxi. It was inconvenient. They need more staff.

The staff were low key but very responsive. The room was clean and the AC worked great. Bathroom was small but clean Overall a great value with easy access to shopping, airport and Valencia city.

We stopped here overnight on a drive south from Barcelona. Clean, quiet, excellent coffee at the bar. It’s at the edge of a large mall and near the airport so scenery wasn’t great but we drove 20 minutes to Valencia and had fabulous paella.

Very good for a hotel like this, only real issue is that it costs 20 euros in a taxi to get to the airport!

Excellent, modern and affordable downtown property. Unbeatable in my 8 hotels in this area so far. Not a tranquil spot. Plenty of noisy motorcycles below, and tourists in the lobby depending on the time of day. Beware of the very tight but convenient paid parking garage... and woe to you who are schlepping around in a big SUV or van. Not where you want to park THAT ride. RJS

Great hotel at good value. They take dogs, which is why we like Ibis. You know what you are going to get - and it’s good value. Exceptionally clean, good Covid procedures, friendly polite staff.

Ok out of centre hotel

Very nice hotel
Room was comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and nice. The location of hotel is convenient, next to the mall and its restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. The bar at the lobby is 24 hours for some snacks and drinks. It’s a nice place and will come back next time we visit here.

Dear Sir, We actually do not know the reason why you have chosen us, but normally people come to visit us to get closer to the airport , for buying to the mall next to us ( C.C. Bonaire) , or even for business around here, or even to be in Valencia in 15 minutes,maybe this one is the wrong one, but for your next visit to Valencia we can recommend you Ibis Budget Manises Aeropuerto, closer to the city center , and it has got a metro stop 3 minutes walking away. During check in the staff rudely informed me that they were sending my passport to the police and when I inquired why the staff member said “I don’t know if you’re going to kill me or something”. On top of that, the heating/ac system was broken leaving the room freezing.

When arriving, the hotel has a gate to it's parking lot and is very secure. The receptionist greet us with a large smile and check in was fast and easy ! The room was clean and beds were ok ! Had no blankets in the closed, and we didn't order any, so we just adjust our AC. Another thing is there's no mini fridge or microwave in the room, not even a single cup coffeemaker. Traveling with kids we really missed that ! We booked for one night only, and I believe is more than enough. The staff at the restaurant was very nice also !

This is an airport-area hotel so one should not expect a vacation/recreation environment. People that stay there for the most part are simply in transit. So with expectations adjusted for that, the place is great. The staff is great - very warm, friendly, and helpful. The lobby area is tight though it doesn't seem so since there is no hint of the usual partitioning of hotel lobbies (check-in, concierge, restaurant-bar) everything is blended, but what at first sight might seem chaotic, works quite well. The rooms are relatively spacious, very clean, and well maintained - making repacking luggage, for example much simpler. I would say that it probably makes the most sense to stay here if you have a rental car - maybe less so if you will need a taxi to get to the airport. Although it's less than a 10 min ride to the airport, a taxi will cost about the same as if you had started at the city center.

Decent stopover
Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom felt like I was in a camper...but it was clean & good shower pressure, hot water. It got a bit noisy in the hallway early in the morning & I could hear showers from other rooms (upstairs perhaps) so well I thought my friend was already in the shower (but she was still alseep!). Overall, decent place.

The first room we were sent to was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, but the cigarette smell was so strong that we had to request another room.... the cleaning service should know about that awful smell. Installed in the second bedroom the WiFi connection was impossible.

The staff was very helpful trying to help me out with a taxi driver who was trying to rip me off. There is another Ibis nearby and the taxi driver decided to take me there even though I showed him the address and repeatedly told him he was driving the wrong direction.
