The staff was amazing , the entire crew, but the room was awful, I paid a little extra for a room with a hot tub , I didn’t use it , it was disgusting .
I was so disappointed that I don’t even say anything to the hotel . Same thing with the bathroom (rusty , broken tiles etc ) the pillows, those are not pillows they were bricks
