Top Punta Laguna Nature Reserve Hotel Reviews
TRS Yucatan Hotel - Adults Only - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful resort, 24 hour room service. Impeccably clean. All staff were so kind and very welcoming. I don’t usually revisit places/ hotels, but TRA Yucatan, I could definitely do again. They treated me like royalty for my birthday!"
Barceló Maya Palace - All Inclusive
8/10 Good
"Like most all inclusives, you need to make reservations at all the good restaurants and the staff always tells you they are completely booked out. Then you finally get one and the restaurant is basically empty. I asked about this to the "premium" concierge and they told me that the reservations are for only 50% capacity. When you try to just walk in and get a table without a reservation, they tell you they can't accommodate you. It's obvious they want people to resort to eating at the buffet, which was decent, not nothing to brag about. Also, this place is massive so be prepared to walk a ton to get around. All the good activities (go karts, bowling, rock wall, arcade, surfing, jet ski, slides) cost atleast $20-40 USD extra per person. The kids water playground closes at 6pm every night, which was disappointing and the main pools also close before it gets dark so there isn't much to do in the evening. We visited in July and the main pools water was warm so not that refreshing. The beaches were also filled with that sargassum and you had to walk past 3 ft piles to even get into the beach, which was super rocky. I've seen some resorts do a much better job with daily shoveling and removal of the sargassum, but barcelo just left it there to stink up the coastline."
Catalonia Royal Tulum Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Staff was amazing. Very clean property. Great vibe"
Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort
8/10 Good
"We had a medical emergency at the hotel and the staff was great and acted quickly at getting us a doctor and continuously checked up on us. Thankful for their assistance. Hotel Was clean except for the shared bathrooms. People failed to flush, but that’s not really the staff but the visitors. Good was average. Would have appreciated authentic Mexican food, but was unable to locate any. The entertainment at night was good. Michael Jackson show Was exceptional. Over all a good experience, but could do little things to improve the experience."

"There was not much food options. We opted for A la Carta and we were advise that no reservation was required however when we reach at the restaurant they advise us that they now required reservation and was roll out the day after we checked in. They mentioned advise was sent but we didn't receive any notification on the app nor email"
Aldea Coba a Comfortable Sleep in the Jungle
10/10 Excellent
"This place is a hidden gem. I booked three rooms: one regular room with 2 queens, one room with private pool, and one with a private hot tub. That were all fantastic, the staff were so cheerful and helpful, and the property is intimate and breathtakingly beautiful."
