1. The minimum age requirement to rent this property is 21 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older. Children and families are welcome.

2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A cleaning fee of $100 USD will apply if smoking occurs indoors.

3. Upon arrival, guests will receive a $15.00 courtesy for electricity credit, which typically covers 2 days of usage. For longer stays, guests may need to recharge their electricity as needed. We recommend paying for electricity on a weekly basis. Unused electricity credits are non-refundable.
