This was my 7th trip to Majestic since 2010. The only thing that is frustrating is that the airline arrives at 12:30 and we got to the resort soon after. Check in is at 3pm BUT I want to go to the beach and not waste a day (usually stay 7 days but only 5 this time). I am sure there was a room ready when I arrived because check out is noon so why do we always have to wait and waste time.

This resort is great and I highly recommend upgrading to the Excellence Club if you don’t have kids. I also recommend a swim up suite. My only negative comment is the quality of the food was just OK. I wish they’d allow guests at the Majestic resorts to visit the restaurants at the other Majestic resorts.

The property has a lot options to offer, they have a very good structure. I did not like the room they gave me because we were in 3 people in the room and I paid for 2 queen size bed and they do not have it, so they gave me a king size with a very small twin size bed for my son who is 6' tall, I asked them to change his bed and they did not.
