VERY friendly and very helpful staff. The hotel is clean and the breakfast included is delicious. There's a pool and a full bar on the premises. I've stayed there twice already and will definitely stay there again.

Gay get away

Repeat customer at this hotel. Staff is friendly and attentive. Gay atmosphere adds to relaxed feel. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Rooms around pool can be noisy until after 10pm.

The property is in a good location for sightseeing. If you don’t require up to date amenities, this place will be great for you. Only thing I did not like was the playing of music late at night.

Authentic mexican hotel experience. Older place that is very well maintained, clean and a great friendly attentive staff. The breakfast and regular menu items are very good. I love that it is a smaller hotel and you get to meet other guest at breakfast and at the bar. The loction is right in the center of everything, It feels more like a big guesthouse. Will definitely return

Visited in the aftermath of Lidia, so PV was a mess in general. The staff of Mercurio was gracious and eager to try and make the best of the situation. Burgers, beers, and boys was a blast!

The owners engagement and the team that works at this property has a level of service that is simply unmatched when traveling abroad. They make you feel like you are part of their family. I gave this review five stars across the board because I have always traditionally had a fantastic experience; however, I stayed in room 101 this time, and the toilet continually ran during my stay and there was an electrical issue that caused nonstop buzzing in my wall and it sounded like a plane was about to takeoff during my entire stay. They were very prompt in responding to my concern; however, it is not something they were able to fix as a neighbors pool timer or heater was using the same electrical outlet through the wall as was provided to me for my nightstand. This place is a gem! I would suggest staying on the second floor facing the street, if at all possible, if you are looking for a quiet stay.
