The room was spacious, the hacienda was a bit outdated compared to others but very clean. Staff were a hit and miss some were friendly while some could benefit from retraining (waiters/hostess). The food was good. The beach was calm and that was great staff outdoors was polite and assisted in finding chairs.

Awesome resort and the staff is absolutely amazing, bring cash for tips because the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Stayed on the adults side it was pretty quite and relaxing. If your looking to party and get wild this is NOT the place it has a chill vibe here. A lot of couples and older married couples.

The Room was clean and well attended. The Staff throughout the Hacienda were excellent - most helpful and courteous. This was my second vacation at the hacienda. My only complaint this time was that I found all of the food in the buffets to be overly salty, which was a disappointment for me.That caused my lowering of my experience rating.
