I upgraded to a king suite and they tried to give me a twin and blame Expedia. No info about the resort when checking in. 6 of the 7 of us all got very sick. Not sure if it was the pool or food. No recycling of anything. Not even in the rooms. The courtyard in the property was well maintained.

This is a great resort. The food was good and the location is walkable to the Malecon. The bathrooms in the rooms and in common areas need updating. There are 4 floors (100 steps) and no elevators. The 4th floor penthouse is large and the balcony is huge with table, chairs, and 2 loungers. The staff are awesome! I would stay again.

It was decent. Beautiful view from our deck, huge 1 bedroom with two bathrooms. The only downside was no wifi. Travelling with two teenage daughters, this was definitely an issue.

old property , I had to request room change the tub of the rusty bathroom horrible the rusty night table lamps and only the light bulbs , I had no Internet in the room and the music in the Tequila bar very bad the salvageable was the staff who assisted me the accumulated cleaning dirt under the beds

There is no Wi-Fi in any of the rooms. So you have to stand out in the hallway or in a common area. Just a bummer so I can't get work done laying in bed lol The rooms are average, you have to walk across a parking lot and down to a common area to go to the beach. There's barely any chairs on the beach just so you know. The garden area is nice and aesthetic. Love the kids pool. Food is not very good and minimal options should be a two out of five star hotel

They tried to put us in the wrong room, twice. We didn’t get into the room we had to upgrade for until the next day, we had to upgrade because they didn’t have any rooms available for what we paid. Make sure you know what you booked and that you get it. We weren’t given much information upon our arrival, like a map of the resort and the amenities. So we weren’t informed that the property is split in two and you have to cross the parking lot and go past the tennis courts to get to the other pool and ocean area, it’s not a big deal or very far, but we spent some time trying to find where to go for dinner the first night, as it was set up by the ocean pool for a special celebration. The property is beautiful despite broken walkways but it’s clean and the green space is well kept, just don’t expect much from the rooms. The shower handles and head were not fully attached and leaked, the water is rusty for the first couple seconds and our patio door frame was broken to the point the glass plane almost fell out one night and the handle didn’t exist on the outside or lock well from the inside. The rooms do not have mini fridges, which I didn’t think was an issue, until I met a fellow guest who had medication they needed to keep refrigerated and was using an insulated coffee cup and ice cubes. Almost all the staff were lovely and helpful….. some are not. Overall, I would say 3 star is accurate. Not sure their pricing reflects the state of the place.

En general es muy buen lugar para hospedarse, el único detalle creo que sería la comida, es buena no lo niego pero es repetitiva, no hay mucha variedad. De ahí en más todo estuvo muy bien, las instalaciones bien, la playa bien, las albercas muy bien, las bebidas super bien.
