Very lovely 2 room condo 2 week stay. Beautiful ocean view. Quiet property w a garden feel and beautiful palm trees. Staff was helpful. Great restaurant on the property.
Suit was spotless, view was breathtaking!!
Hosts were friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. They gave us some suggestions for things to do in the area.
The beach was sandy & grounds were very clean.
This is a quieter resort with heated pools & a cute restaurant onsite with delicious food!
Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and professionally.
Los Tules is an awesome place, clean, attentive personnel, food at the restaurant is great and priced right. 7 pools the only issue I had is the the Internet doesn't work outside your room. I would suggest to provide Internet through out the complex. You have to have your own plan. Inconvenient for some people coming from the US or outside Mexico.
Million dollar view from the balcony. Unit had some maintenance issues such as air conditioning and washer/dryer that weren’t working. Beautiful grounds and pools.
Traveling to Los Tules was an amazing vacation. The property is fairly central into Puertto Vallarta but still close transport from the Airport , when you drive in your met with seclusion, it’s a little oasis of a property it has lovely walking paths between privately owned condominiums making it a quite comfortable vacation resort. The staff are all extremely friendly from the front desk to the pool side restaurant. We booked the Penthouse Ocean View and it was a great space for the family. The balcony was huge giving us relaxing sunsets in our own privacy come night time. I would recommend this stay to anyone traveling to Mexico wanting to stay in a resort that feels like Mexico without the all inclusivity so you get to go out and explore the restaurants in the area are great to local taco vendors across the street and amazing quesadillas place ran by a sweet family across for the OXO there and just up the street is a main restaurant street with great breakfast spots . Will definitely be coming back to Los Tules. Thank you for the hospitality
The condo is just as beautiful as in the pictures. Stephanie from the property communicated well & answered my questions before I arrived. Easy check in & passcode card. Hotel provides a beach/pool towel- room was beautiful with a soft king bed, and a couch. Bathroom had a pull provacy curtain. Provided bath Soap, but no shampoo. I did not know there would be a twin bed with a trundle bed in the kitchen area, a small table. It's nice because you can slide that door closed to be separated from the other bedroom. The full kitchen with micro, full refrigerator and a large water holder. The stove had 4 burners; but only the 2 small ones worked. No dish soap or sponge, or any condiments in the refrigerator. There is a good supply of kitchen dishes to cook with. There were ceiling fans in both areas & an air conditioner in the main king room. The balcony was nice with a little table, chairs & lounge chair. I saw fireworks 2 times out the window that week. I loved the beautiful sandy beach outside the hotels & the multiple heated swimming pools. The grounds were lovely, showers near beach access gates. Guarded property. The welcome staff were not very friendly since I was not a property owner. Concierge was more helpful. No money exchange at hotel. Nice big supermarket across street & bank for exchanging to pesos. I wish I would have bought a debot card, as I needed a pin to get money out, & couldn't because credit card had no pin. Bus system is fairly easy to understand.
lovely place, we had no issues with our stay…. the restaurant isn’t so good we were very disappointed with our dinner for New Years Eve We paid 1,450 pesos each and the meat was terrible veggies not even good, they never asked hoe we wanted the “fillet mignon” and when you have had filet mignon you know the quality/flavor…
The “Owner” as he stated he was, very rude when i asked about the mariachi as they were suppose to arrive at 7 but got there at 8
When you ate told something like we will have this food and this at such time you kind of do expect that specially when having more plans…
over all my stay at our room was great! Restaurant not so much… i would recommend going somewhere else….
Nothing worked. Broken dishwasher, wash machine, stove top. Fans were filthy with dust piled up. Sparks flew on trying to plug in to outlet. Broken coffee maker. Iron, but no ironing board. Dirty dishes on arrival.
The room was lovely and the staff were all very warm, friendly & courteous.
Our location in an ocean front penthouse unit was excellent with fantastic views from our balcony.
The location offered easy access to anything we might need.
All in all, an excellent place to stay...
El personal de recepción muy despota y mal encaradas un checkin pesimo
El hotel en general muy bien aunque te cobran las toallas de alberca si las quieres cambiar eso es muy molesto
