Beautiful location very close to the beach, dining, shopping. We enjoyed a gorgeous corner suite next to the heated pool. Stunning view of the ocean from the rooftop lounging area. Staff was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable!

We had a junior suite which included stove top, full size fridge, etc. etc. Very large open concept room with king bed. Bathroom was good too. Accommodations are old but pretty much excellent. The pool and lush gardens were beautiful. Very quiet and relaxing even though on Main Street. Restaurant food and staff excellent as well as hotel staff especially Antonio!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and close to the pool. The only issues I had were with the key to my room. It was hard to lock and unlock the door. They also had an issue with water on several mornings.

Suite Patio ocean Veiw nice / non working kitchen,fridge leaked on floor, microwave didn’t work,stove didn’t work,no coffee maker,no hot water until complaining was acknowledged the property is fairly rundown. It’s a nice location that needs some major TLC.

Room was great ! Clean and had hot running water . The only issue was the parking . They have no parking spaces , it’s a street parking and first come first served . I didn’t like that at all . East beach access if you don’t mind walking about 1.5 blocks .

Lindo, cómodo y agradable hotel

Lindo hotel. Todo muy bonito y cómodo. El personal muy amable. Especialmente Maricarmen. Le hace falta solo ganchos de metal en el baño para colgar las toallas y para colocar el papel de baño. De allí en fuera excelente decoración y espacios muy agradables. La alberca muy gustó, la habitación también. El agua para bañarse estaba tibia nunca llegó a ser caliente. Fuera de eso muy cómoda y agradable estancia.

Al ver el hotel aparece que tiene estacionamiento, pero no es así, tiene la banqueta del hotel como estacionamiento bien acomodados cabe 4 autos subcompactos, lo malo es que ese lugar lo pueden ocupar cual9 persona y no vas a tener donde dejar tu carro. Creo que todas las habitaciones deberían tener un mini clóset para colgar tus camisas y pantalones

We liked the location,the pool area, the staff and the rooms housekeeping. We were very disappointed with our accommodations. We didn't like the constant moldy smell which lead to sinus and chest problems; odors from the shower drain with no sealed off drain top, no drinking water, 3 mornings without any water; continual dripping kitchen faucet; no hair blower. Upon request; a room safe, a toaster, edible kitchen utensils, and a cooking pot with lid were provided. Our 2 week stay cost us $42,000 pesos in cash, up front. We knew that a refund would not have been a consideration, so we stuck it out. Booking through Expedia we thought we were guaranteed good accommodations but we were wrong.
