Hotel Mondavi is a really nice property, that has some character and is well maintained. Our one-bedroom suite was very large and the views from our deck were fantastic! The roof top pool, hot tub and surrounding area offered even better views.

There was no credit card machine to pay with card. The room didn't look like anything from the pictures. Room wasn't clean. A/c was leaking there was more space for closet than bedroom. I will never go back. Spend good money and go next door to the Grand mirimar. So much better and beautiful.

The Good Large suites with amazing views. Very spacious and relatively inexpensive. Service from the staff was good. Sergio was the only English speaking staff so had to use translation programs a lot. They were helpful though and patient as we communicated. The not so good Older hotel. Needs some upgrades and renovations. Balcony Jacuzzi did not heat up. Rooftop pools are tiny. Main pools are not working.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mondavi in Puerto Vallarta and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the hills of concha chinas and just a short & cheap Uber away from some of the best restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was always available to answer any questions I had and offer suggestions for things to do in the area. I particularly loved the rooftop pool and hot tub, which offered breathtaking views of the city and the ocean. Overall, my experience at Hotel Mondavi was nothing short of fantastic. The staff's attention to detail and commitment to making sure their guests have a great stay really sets this hotel apart from the rest. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and magical stay in Puerto Vallarta.

When I booked this room, it included pictures of other rooms in the building. I don't know why Hotels think that this is acceptable. I thought this room had a balcony and it didn't. we were really penned in. This was my anniversary, and I wanted a balcony. Also the Hottub was barely warmer than the pool. the coldest hottub I have ever been in, which was what I was most exited about. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one, is that the staff had no pool hours. At midnight they came turned everything off and told us we could leave when we wanted. This was nice, since so many horrible resorts have rules that ruin your vacation, they were relaxed. However the room pictures and the cold hottub was frusterating.

Conchas China is perfect for decompressing. No noise, no traffic, beautiful view. Extremely boring area. Not great if you want to.ealk.amd have King or respiratory problems. It's windy and the size of a small mountain Access to upper rooms not safe. Hotel room.amd balcony are very nice and spacious. Huge views of the sea because the entire exterior wall is a patio door and floor to ceiling windows. Has so much potential .Needs some upgrading, great restaurant and room service. Very quiet and relaxing. Would be one of PVs best of they had a hot tub and the other things i.mentioned. Comfy beds.
