I thought the property was clean, friendly staff, and it was close to everything. Only a 10 minute walk to the Melacon. I felt safe in the area and had a very pleasant stay. For the price I would definitely stay here again.

This is an outdated hotel but we have always enjoyed staying here. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance and the staff are always friendly and professional.

Hotel Mocali was a great place for us during our trip, the staff was great and attentive - always greeting you when you arrived and when you left. Room was great. We actually received an upgrade without us knowing which was even better. Overall great place and I would definitely stay there again.

The location is good, and walking distance to many things. The customer service is lacking example: requested the remote control get fixed twice, never got done. I do not recommend it or will ever stay there again.

I paid for the property when I booked it and they gave my room away even though I called and told them our flight was delayed. We arrived at the time I told them (12:30 at night) and we had no room. They sent us to another hotel that was disgusting.

Check in at front desk was a disaster. The guy on d7ty stressed me out horribly, saying I did not have a reservation. Internet was terribly slow during my 15 minutes of trying to prove my (pre-paid!) Reservation. FINALLY he found it, wi5h no apologies.

La habitación está aceptable, el WC muy ruidoso en cada descarga, el espacio de la regadera demasiado reducido y el agua sale hacia afuera, hasta el área del WC; la segunda noche descubrí una cucaracha sobre mi cama a la altura de mi cabeza, me desperté porque “sentí algo” sobre mi mano izquierda (pude visualizarla por la luz que entraba por la ventana) de un manotazo la arrojé fuera de mi cama, y por la mañana descubrí otra cucaracha muerta adentro del clóset; en la tercera noche mi pareja se despertó como a la 01:00 y de un salto encendió la luz; que pasó? Me dijo: sentí algo caminando sobre mi brazo. En ese momento decidimos dejar el hotel, aún nos faltaba una noche más. Empacamos e hicimos el chek out. a las 07:30 hrs. cabe aclarar que esa última noche ya no pudimos descansar bien, pues ya no apagamos la luz hasta que dejamos la habitación. La ubicación del hotel se me hace un poco peligrosa, pues está a 3 cuadras de donde comienza la zona hotelera del malecón, en una colonia muy mal iluminada.
