We got the all inclusive and were shocked to find out the buffet was only at breakfast time. We upgraded to the SunClub and were very pleased with the service involved. Raphael is an absolute pleasure at the adult only pool. Worth the upgrade for sure!

The room was clean, and most of the staff were friendly. The restaurants were okay, but the breakfast was excellent. The quality of the drinks could have been better. We didn’t use the pool or any of the other facilities.

Rooms were decently kept clean. Really needs more than just bars as well as more variety of beers. Most of the staff were great, a few bad apples which not everyone can be perfect. Food was great, although having to eat outside in all the restaurants and drink outside in the bar areas was difficult due to the heat. You can pay more for club member status and some have indoor areas, but overall most of the hotel is outside and I believe usually facing the sun area which made the temperature difficult. Even the pool was hot. Overall a decent stay especially for budget

We were impressed at how clean and well maintained the property was; from the room to each public area we visited. We loved having direct access to the beach, which was also very clean, and that they provide service there as well. We received amazing service from Sergio, Yonni, and Andres. The swim up bar was convenient and had equally amazing service from Antonia and David. Every restaurant we tried was delicious and the breakfast made us feel as if we were dining with family when Gume serviced our table.

This was the fourth time we stay at Fiesta Americana the first time we booked through a travel agency and we fell in love with the way the staff treated us that we don’t even try to find a different resort we always book at Fiesta American the resort is beautiful and the staff makes you feel right at home. I’m not good with names and I don’t need to be because everyone at Fiesta American goes out of their way to make sure you are treated like a king.
