The room was gorgeous with an amazing view. The resort was very clean and everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The only thing that could be improved is that the buffet should stay open much later than 5 PM. Some people are not interested in making reservations for the onsite restaurants.

The property was perfect for our family traveling over the holidays. The property was quaint and had a friendly vibe to it. We traveled with our 3 children and they loved the pool, the water aerobics, and exploring on the beach. The service was great!

The room was fantastic and very clean. The dinner reservations were easy but almost didn't seem necessary. The service was AMAZING, every single staff member went above and beyond. Axel was very great at the front. The only suggestion I would have is to have another bartender at the pool bar as it got backed up frequently.

We were very impressed by relaxing vibe at this resort! We loved the beautiful lobby and the friendly staff at check-in. The pool area was beautiful and all the restaurants had beautiful views and great food. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the pool area. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. All the restaurants had plenty of delicious options. The breakfast was amazing and we loved the made to order omelettes and fresh fruit. The staff were so welcoming and nice too. We will be back!

This property had lots of wonderful things about it: Very friendly staff Felt very safe Comfortable clean rooms Good evening dining choices Always available chairs by the pool Lovely swimming beach out front Good music by the pool Only downside was the breakfast buffet was terrible … other than that no complaints! Wonderful free evening Mexican fiesta we really enjoyed

Food and staff were amazing. Rooms were very clean! Would highly recommend getting the club room so you can go to the rooftop pool and bar.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta! Clean resort and rooms, lovely beach, great food, and very friendly staff. Looking forward to our next vacation there :) :)
