Beautiful Beach Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing Vacation home! The house was very spacious. Perfect for big familles/groups with multiple hangout areas and nice views. Location was also convenient,close to the beach and other parts of town. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would rebook.

Great stay

Everything except 2 issues was perfect. One of the elements on the stove wouldn't shut off 2 nights in a row so we called the emergency line. They came to fix it but tje house was very hot. Second, the pool area has horrible furniture and it wad very messy. Other than that, check in was friendly and management was responsive.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in rocky point on our vacation. There were components to our experience at the property that made it difficult. The range on the stove was temperamental and didn’t work right. Sometimes it wouldn’t shut off and sometimes it only worked on high. The seating in the family room wasn’t adequate at all. We had to pull in the outdoor furniture in order to all be together and hang out. The futon was broken and only sat three people. The sliding glass door from the primary bedroom to the outside wouldn’t open without lifting up on the mitre door. The large accordion glass door was extremely difficult to lock. It took two people to lock it. One to lift the door and the other to lock when it was in place. The grill was broken and didn’t work. One of the shower heads upstairs is broken and shoots everywhere but straight. This property has potential to be a five star spot and a return must. With some maintenance and a sectional to accommodate the guests that it says it can have at capacity while fixing what is broken it would be a return worthy visit for sure. We love rocky point and come back often. We hope this property improves and is cared for because we would love to come back.
