Gives us a groom with zero amenities, even though I pay for every amenity, he gave us a room with no AC at complained and they gave us another room with no AC couldn’t get any sleep was too loud in the hotel. If you’re looking on spending money on something worth it, I suggest you look elsewhere."

One of the highlights was the rooftop pool area, which was pristine and beautifully maintained—a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The service throughout our stay was seamless and accommodating. Late checkout was provided without difficulty, and the hotel staff graciously arranged transportation to the airport, making our departure completely stress-free. "
