Not what we expected

The staff was very helpful and that made up for the hotels Poor condition. Rooms definitely need an update, shower tub was falling apart and the hot water took a long time to come out. Musty smell, perhaps due to the water leaking from around/under tub.

Las puertas del baño no cerraban, el foco no servia, no habia agua caliente y peridmos tiempo esperando a que solucionaran. No son muy limpias. En general el lugar se ve descuidado

La propietaria ahorra lo más que puede y no tiene lo básico como las terminales de cobro. No servían y perdí 40 minutos en el proceso de Check in, habiendo llegado muy cansado. No quisieron hacerme el cobro parcial de la primera noche e intentar al siguiente día el cobro de los demás días, tuve que solicitar apoyo en mi trabajo para que hicieran transferencia. Sólo un día agua caliente para bañarme. En la oferta Expedia venía desayuno incluido, dijeron que no era así. Instalaciones viejas pero al menos limpias. El precio no vale la estancia.

No vayan en tiempo de calor.

No tenía en descripción si había aire acondicionado o no, hubiera preguntado primero. Estaba bien caliente los días que llegue, mi hermano me ayudó a mi y a mi hijo a bajar las maletas del carro de el y subirlas a la habitación, pues salió regañado porque subió (estuvo menos de 10 minutos mientras hablábamos de donde salir a cenar). Entiendo que no deben quedarse más personas pero era super obvio que el solo me ayudó con maletas y estaba por irse con llaves en mano y todo. Una señora vestida normal quería dejar tapete para el baño, lo IVA a agarrar yo y ponerlo yo sola, no, que ella tenía que hacerlo y entrar ella. Muy raro pero no quise discutir. Llegando en la tarde después de cenar, me di cuenta que la ventana estaba atorada abierta y la habitación estaba más caliente que cuando llegamos. No se pudo cerrar ni nada. El ventilador que teníamos solo circulaba aire caliente. No había toallas en el baño. Nadie estaba en la oficina, estaba carrada y apagada. En la mañana ya no pude aguantar por el calor y unos tiroteos cerca, le pregunté a una señora por una toalla, ella quedó asombrada por las condiciones de temperatura en el cuarto y que no había toallas ni jabón ni shampu. Nos bañamos y le dije que yo y mi hijo habíamos rentado otro lugar en mejor área y con aire. Ella se disculpo y fue muy amable. En lugar de arreglar cuarto por cuarto con aire o más ventiladores, ignoran el problema. Hablando con trabajadores de ahí como que la dueña por tacaña ni va arreglando poco a poco.

Buena estancia, dos detalles sumamente incómodos

En general muy buen servicio, estancia agradable, solo que hubo dos detalles por los cuales me la pensaría para volverme ha alojar, uno en la mañana cuando necesitaba seguir descansando, el ruido externo era insoportable, deberian restringir o solicitar hablar en silencio o evitar bulla por respeto a los demás inquilinos por lo menos hasta el check out y dos, cuando me bañé, el desagüe estaba tapado, les sugirió dar mantenimiento más seguido para que drene correctamente, es fastidioso a media ducha tener el charco de agua en los pies.
