Estuvimos 3 dias sin agua, no pudimos bañarnos, sin podernos asear y solo tuvimos botellitas de medio litro para tomar y asearnos la boca, nunca dio la cara el gerente o dueño del lugar, solo nos atendió la recepcionista y 2 mucamas que como pudieron calentaron un poco de agua para medio limpiarnos el último dia. Por otra parte, en expedia no pudimos comunicarnos para quejarnos y solo pudimos hacerlo con el agente virtual quien no pudo solucionar el problema. Por lo anterior, fue una desagradable experiencia.
