"We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great — within easy walking distance to Kings’ Shops and Queens’ Marketplace, with plenty of options for breakfast, dinner, and shopping. "It was fun to have the option bikes however, none of the bike tires held air. It would have been nice to have shampoo in the showers and more seating in the living room. Otherwise, wonderful accommodations!"

"We had the best time at the property and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Everything was clean and just as described in the listing. The owner also had a book ready with detailed house instructions and food/activity recommendations that we used and appreciated having. We were there during the Hurricane Nolo storm and the host brought over flashlights, backup battery packs, batteries and waters and we were so glad she thought of us. The house is in a great neighborhood, backed up to a golf course so the view is beautiful and the community pools were easily accessible and very nice. Thank you for helping us have an amazing trip."

"What I liked the most about was the cleanness and hospitality of the staff working on the floor. What I didn’t like about it was the long check in process which took a while. We expected a faster check in with the baby but it simply didn’t happen and we had to wait until a room was available. There were no free umbrellas at the beach front. The chairs with the canopy were $175 each to rent for a day to stay out of the sun when not in the water."

"We had a great stay at Hilton Waikoloa Village. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. While the property is beautiful, it could use some cosmetic updates. We noticed areas where the pool coping was missing, and some doors could benefit from better caulking, fresh paint, and general upkeep. Nui Italian was a fantastic restaurant, and the bar staff was outstanding, providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, especially considering we were there during Hurricane Nolo. Despite the weather challenges, the staff worked hard to ensure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. We would gladly return and look forward to seeing some of the property's maintenance improvements in the future."
