"Third time on big island & finally we have indeed found by far the best beaches!This property is much better than listed. The location is just phenomenal: indeed just minutes away from best beaches that we have discovered only because we stayed at Georgines place. Our son loved to be in the garden and we loved to watch the sunset just a few steps away from the patio. It is actually also a perfect location to visit volcano NP. Yes, it is a 2hrs drive, but then you can just wait for the alert of the volcano erupting & start driving then, while in the meantime enjoying the best beaches (highly recommend hapuna beach!). On top of that, Georgine is just one of the niciest persons I have ever met!"

Our stay coincided with Hurricane Lala and the host was able to communicate effectively with us and the house held up like a champ. We lost power, but nearly the entire state did as well.
