"An amazing location and in my mind the most beautiful hotel in the world. Been going there since the 70s. The staff and food isnt quite up to what ths hotel deserves, but still good, i understand the limited pool of workers to draw from. But just outstanding!!"

"Stunning property. The men in the family were over the moon with the HUGE flat screen TV in the living room. The decor of the property is not only very comfortable but very tastefully done. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the ocean and enough comfortable seating for our group. We spent most early mornings there enjoying the cool breeze and sipping our morning coffee there. Unit is close to the gorgeous pool 3-4 minute walk. Kitchen very well appointed - we lacked for nothing. Unit had everything we needed from soap, shampoo, conditioner in all bathrooms, laundry pods, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, etc. the only thing we had to buy were are own groceries. Groceries expensive - expect to pay double, sometimes more for same products on mainland. Suggest doing a shopping run at Safeway or Costco near the airport when you arrive. Donna was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again. We had an amazing time. "

"Everything was perfect! The views overlooking the golf course and the ocean made for enjoyable cups of coffee and sunset cocktails! It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. We had an Instacart of groceries delivered. Having access to the Mauna Kea property was a plus. Communication with Polly was fantastic. We will definitely be back! "
