This place is a gem! Friendly service at checkin. Parking outside your room Clean rooms, light and airy feel. Service yourself breakfast with plenty of variety. Near enough to the action of Provincetown. Definitely recommend!

Our family stayed at The Breakwater Hotel for 3 days! The staff were very helpful in every way! It’s about a 30 minute walk from the ferry wharf which was an easy stroll along just one road! We would definitely recommend this hotel! Cheers, The Jeffery Family 🇦🇺

At first we thought this was a bit expensive for the room and the bed moved a lot. However we came around to its charms and the staff are fantastic. Drinks and cheese by the pool from 5pm was a big hit amongst the guests. Give it a try.

Great place to stay. Very central. Helpful and friendly staff. Rooftop has great view of Cape Cod.

Fantastic in every aspect

Beautiful inn in the centre of Provincetown. Good continental breakfast included, and convenient parking (when paid for - although the fees were kindly waived due to inclement weather!). In saying that, everything was within walking distance! I had the wonderful king room, a great upgrade, which was spacious and well appointed. Very friendly reception staff and good contact in the lead up to the stay. A great place to explore the unique wonderland of Provincetown from!
