The parking lot gate does not work. For $29 per day i expect more. Its an old building so i can look past somethings, but the parking gate is external and needs to be fixed

The TV remote did not work. Went out to get ice and couldn’t find any, Ice machines on both the fourth and eighth floor were not functioning. Hotel room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking situation was really bad. We had to drive around the entire city to find a space because all parking at the hotel and general vicinity was full even though parking is advertised as part of the hotel amenities.

Great stay per usual. Parking is expensive so I'm ironically glad it was full.
Bathroom had some funny stains but the bed is great. Smells good. Clean floors! I will be back soon.

The room was just ok. The breakfast the next day was horrible. Ran out of food, never came around to ask if we wanted anything. Had to hunt people down to get anything, including the bill!

Great Location! Elevator service is sketchy. A little concerning. Front desk staff was great. Suprisngly found a dirty sock in the bed. The air quality needs work. Our rooms were stuffy and had a wet concrete smell. Not sure why. Probability of going back is slim. Hope this helps.

The good: room was clean, comfortable, clean linens, good shower, beds comfortable. Close to convention center.
The bad: first hotel in a while we've been to with no fridges in rooms. No continental breakfast or any coffee in the lobby even. Elevators weren't all working.

Please accept our apologies for the water issue that you encountered. We are so sorry to hear that you did not have any hot water. We wish that you alerted the hotel so that we could have made alternate accommodations for you during your stay.
Just OK. The walls were so thin, the plumbing was extremely loud when another room used their sink or toilet...woke us up several times during the night. Put some Rockwool in those walls! I could hear other people's cell phone conversations too! Room was fine otherwise. Front desk staff friendly. Still waiting to find out how much the free parking will cost though. Hilton is just not what it used to be.

Not impressed with this hotel. First they gave us keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. They were able to accommodate us right away but it was a nuisance bringing our things up to a room and have to go back down to check in again. Then we paid for a parking spot in the garage which I had thought guaranteed us a spot. We went out for the evening and when we returned the garage was full and we were on our own to find overnight parking in the area. If I had known that I probably wouldn’t have moved my car. With all the other options in the area I will not stay here again.

The Hilton was not Hiltoning. No fridge in the room. No micron the room. Parking fee to park in an unsafe/hazardous lot. The entrance and exit was the same one gate. $30 to park the car yourself. Small spaces and the driving was single lane.
Bed and room was comfortable with an extra large bed. Easy to find and conveniently located.
