We have stayed in Sainte Maxine a number of times, and although the location doesnt have a view like other properties we have rented, it is quiet yet close to the town and beach, but be prepared for a steep walk back. "The location was perfect. It was less than a 5 min walk into town, where you could find plenty of shopping and restaurants. If you wanted to go to Saint Tropez, it was a short walk to the shuttle boat that ran frequently. We spent a lot of our time at the house as the view and lounging by the pool really couldn’t be beat. We loved especially the big kitchen/living room with everything you need to cook for 8 persons, also the big fridge and freezer. We needed to talk to them about a French legal requirement for liability insurance and the only contact number I could find was a USA premium rate line. "My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with the location. Right on the beach and a quick drive/15 min walk into town. The only negative would be the lack of WiFi, but it’s perfect if you’re looking to unplug! Our hosts were excellent too. Would definitely stay here again."
