Sea View Room was wonderful. Great balcony for sunrises. Right on the beach with plenty of water activities, or plenty of chairs by the pool. Lobby bar had great drinks & food. Short walk for shopping and local restaurants. Would stay here again.

Beautiful grounds , nice pools, nice spacious lobby, helpful staff, rich plentiful breakfast, great proximity to beach and all shopping and restaurants. Comfortable bedding. The only thing that could use an upgrade and improvement are the hallway carpets, wall paint and doors. Great stay overall!

Best located in Protaras - right above Fig Tree Bay (the most beautiful beach in Protaras). The hotel itself is a bit dated and the general feel is that of a 4 star hotel - it wouldn't hurt to freshen up the rooms and balconies a bit as well as the beds around the pools. The room cannot be darkened (the curtains are not blackout). The breakfast is good and the entire staff is very friendly and happy to help with anything. The hotel is excellent value for money.

Definitely not a 5 star property, other similar properties are rated 3 or 4 stars. The hotel is at a prime location next to one of the best beaches on the island. The staff are excellent, all very helpful and polite. And this is where all the positives about this hotel end. The property, even the new wing, is tired and in need of refurbishment. The corridors smell badly because of the humidity soaked by the carpets. Similar issues in the room. Any repairs carried out in the rooms are patchy. The property apart from the lobby is old looking and doesn’t feel clean. The housekeeper forgot a used cleaning cloth in our room and it was still there when we checked out 2 days later.
