"Great breakfast, game room and pool"

"The staff is great, and trying hard, but the hotel is run down. Rooms have no hot water, shower didnt work. The hot tub and pool are not maintained. Location is great."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was far below expectations, the room did not feel properly cleaned, restocked with towels, no coffee or garbages emptied. There were noticeable issues that made it uncomfortable to relax. The mattresses were another major concern. They were extremely worn out and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. For a hotel stay, that’s a basic expectation that wasn’t met. On top of that, the rooms are very outdated and in need of renovation. The furniture, decor, and overall condition felt old and neglected, which added to the poor experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, bedding, and room updates."

"Room was nice and spacious for my kids and I, beds were comfy, even the pull out couch. I noticed the table had not been wiped, and the floors hadnt been swept. But it was mostly clean throughout the suite. There is a rather large gap under the doors, which definitely allows you to hear everything in the hallway and everyone to hear you. Luckily most were respectful. And parking in the garage was tough coming in from the cold because its so humid down there, my windows fogged up completely while trying to park. "
