"The property looks amazing but a lot what you see on the images doesn’t come true during a normal stay. I had a superior triple room. We were lucky that we only had a child with because the room was tiny. We complained and all rooms are apparently the same size. I think images are only of exclusive bridal suites. The pool that isn’t square on the images is closed and only for weddings. Other pool is good and lively. That was the key highlight. Wouldn’t go back"

"This hotel says it has a 24hr desk in the info. We arrived at 10pm and there was nobody there. Nobody answered the buzzer or the phone. When we contacted hotels.com they said they could not reach the hotel and could not confirm that we didn't stay there, so they refused to give us a refund... even though we booked another hotel the same night from hotels.com. I was expecting a sincere apology but instead have to go through the trouble of disputing this with my credit card. Crazy."
