"Staff behavior was really poor. Generally rude from the welcome, and upon check out they tried to get me to pay for the room a second time, and were completely unapologetic about it. The hotel is old, the room was in bad shape and in need of renovation. The entire building smelled like tobacco. Overall bad experience, would not recommend."
