"I had to check in late due to travel disruption. Staff met me at reception and the guy was so helpful and friendly! I even got a room upgrade. Great central location. Quirky decor! clean and great hot shower and facilities. Really pleased! looking forward to going back"

"lovely, quirky hotel. had everything we needed. staff were friendly and room was large and clean. upgraded to £10 to get a bigger bed which was worth it. Breakfast was everything you’d expect from a buffet style. Room where we ate was a bit draft due to it being open plan but it wasn’t really an issue"
