Great transportation links to the city centre. The tram is just down the road. The hotel was cheap and perfect for the price. The staff were lovely and helpful and allowed us to check in early after arriving off a 6am flight.

It was one might stay n was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful indeed. I enjoyed the breakfast menu. Me n my friend will recommend this for families.

The hotel is at a good location next to the train terminal. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy to walk to city centre. Nearby trams and metro make it very comfortable to travel. Excellent breakfast and very good service. very good wifi.

Great location, nice hotel, smaller and very European, wonderful breakfast, smaller but very functional rooms. Able to walk everywhere. Great price for what you get!

From check-in to check-out we had an excellent time at this hotel. Location is central to everything and easy to find, just a few minutes walk from the Palladium shopping centre in close proximity to all the local transport (metro, bus, tram and train station). Check-in was quick and easy, staff were very friendly and helpful, we even had free use of the safe. Staff spoke english very well. Our room and bathroom were lovely, very clean and spacious. Also had air conditioning and a small fridge (we didn't use anything in the mini bar but used the fridge to store our own drinks). Breakfast was included in our stay - breakfast buffet had everything you could want, cold meats and cheeses to a full english breakfast, also yogurt and fresh fruit, selection of breads, cereals, pastries and juices. The list was endless, we were very impressed. Also had a chef making omelettes with whatever people wanted in them. There was even a pianist playing jazz while we were eating. Rooms were made up every day and towels changed when we needed (just left them in the bath when we needed new ones). There was a hair dryer in the room which was also useful! Our flight wasn't until early evening so when we checked out we left our luggage in a secure room by the check in desk so we could make the most of our last day. When we were ready to leave we asked the hotel to arrange a taxi for us which they did. Overall we had an excellent stay here, and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very luxurious hotel. We had a bathtub AND a separate stall shower. Lovely decor. Breakfast was extensive, fresh, and well organized. Staff at front desk and restaurant were very friendly and efficient. My only suggestion would be to request a room in the interior. Our street side room, on the 4th floor, got quite a bit of streetcar noise.
