We loved this hotel. The moment we checked in, we were greeted with a refreshing beverage. The room was very comfortable. The spa facilities were available during our stay and after walking the streets of Prague, it was great to relax in the spa. The location was great as we walked everywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. The level of service really stood out and was easily one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms, common areas, and overall design are impressive, and the amenities are fantastic. Everything feels luxurious, modern, and thoughtfully done. The location is also excellent for exploring Prague. I honestly can't say enough great things about W Prague. The combination of an amazing property, excellent amenities, and truly outstanding staff made this one of our favorite hotel experiences. We will absolutely be coming back the next time we're in Prague. Highly recommend!

Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Huge ludos to the staff of Minus One and Poppy Lounge for a wonderful evening. The property has been lovingly restored and is splendid. Really enjoyed the spa/pools area.

Amazing stay! You expect a W hotel to be beautiful, but the service here really took expectations to a new high! I have never stayed at a hotel with such warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful staff. They truly went above and beyond!
