This was a fabulous hotel. Such character and awesome amenities. The staff were terrific and so professional. Great location for wandering the sites. Beautiful breakfast . Really enjoyed the spa. The most comfortable beds. Loved our 4 nights here.

Absolutely wonderful hotel! We stayed at 5 great hotels throughout our travels in Europe and this one was our favorite by far. The hotel is stunning with beautiful public areas. The staff went above and beyond make us feel welcome and they offered suggestions for restaurants and activities. We stayed in the Deluxe Double with City View and it was beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and spacious. We felt like royalty for those few magical days. The location is fabulous on a scenic quiet street but an easy walk away from the Charles Bridge. Many restaurants and shops very close by. We loved this location away from the crowds of old town. We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back to this beautiful city.

Top class hotel, of the type only available in Europe. All of the decor, fixtures and fittings were beautifully designed and maintained. Like a renaissance painting, it is small and perfectly positioned, even if not obviously located in the centre of the city. Easily comparible with the Beau Rivage, Neuchatel, I'm surprised it is not Relais & Chateau. All the staff members were extremely kind and professional and made our stay very pleasant.

I can only give a five star rating here. It’s a wonderful hotel, full of history and with super friendly staff. I love how you keep finding new ways to get to your room. Stairs here, hallway there. And it’s clean. Really clean.
