"As expected with “mama” hotels there was a lot to enjoy, the bar was great. We got an upgrade to “big mama” room which was spacious. Staff (as generally in Czechia) have a somewhat brusque/irritated manner but were mostly helpful. Restaurant hours were a bit erratic.
