"Really great location! The hotel is old, over a hundred years old. So, the rooms are small. But, it is more charming than you would expect. The staff were absolutely great! Breakfast buffet was OK, not great, not bad. The location and charm of the place were its best features. The free slippers and sparkling wine were a nice touch."

"Clean room. Nice staff and housekeeping. Toiletries were top notch. Received a bottle of wine for being a VIP Expedia member. Breakfast was not included. We paid approx. 950 CZK for two. "This hotel room attacked me with bed bugs I have bites all over me . Manager is in denial says in 30 years of managing hotels she has never had this happen. I am especially annoyed that she is lying straight up. I get it it happens it doesnt mean they are dirty or bad but at least see my body and admit it ? She took photos and all she offered was a taxi to the rail station which is 3 minutes away ."
