"I normally don’t complain but this time I should as this hotel needs to do at least standard service.
Our accommodation was with kitchenette but there was no kitchen knife and chopping board. I believe these items are basics.
Sleeping for 3 people, but only one blanket was supplied.
This hotel reception was supposed to be open from 16:00h to 21:00.
I went to the reception to get these missing items at 18:00h, 18:30h, 19:00 and 20:00h.
The door was closed and no one was there during this...

Me hospede en una Suite Junior, super comoda y con vista. Existe en el piso 6 el nivel level que es un lounge donde puedes desayunar tomar unos tragos y con una vista inmejorable a la Alhambra. Especial me ñncion a su gerente Carlos por todas sus atenciones."

"This renovated gorgeous hotel is right in the middle of the city center shopping so it’s very quiet at night after the shops close at 9. The tile in the shower is gorgeous and the roof top swimming pool/relaxing area is to die for! There are many options on the roof to sit as well as a honesty bar with soda, ice, beers/liquor. The rooms are huge for Europe and the AC is cold! Bed was also so comfy. I hope to come back someday. About a 10 minute walk to everywhere! "
