"I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof but we didnt have any problems. Will stay again."

"We had an amazing time at this beautiful duplex in Sierra Nevada! It was perfect for our group of 8, with children, with plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas, creating a warm and festive atmosphere, and we were so touched by the thoughtful gift left for us. Every detail was well thought out, and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We truly felt spoiled and I totally recommend this place. A pesar de la excelente ubicación y el buen restaurante dentro del hotel, los apartamentos dejaron mucho que desear en términos de calidad y confort.La decoración y el estado de los apartamentos son extremadamente antiguos, y todo está notablemente desgastado y en mal estado.
