Very nice hotel. If you want go to a more touristy area and convenience store you need to go down 10 minutes worth of steps and back up. Use a taxi or uber if mobility is an issue.

The APH was a great place to stay to visit The Alhambra and the rest of the city of Granada. You get beautiful views of the city from their outdoor dining area.

Overall a very nice hotel with a wonderful view from the restaurant and bar. The breakfast in particular was wonderful. The reason I won’t give it a 5 is that they refused the amenity of 20% off of food and drink. We were not told it only applied in the main restaurant. It is interesting that a 5 star hotel won’t honor a $15.00 credit off the food bought in the bar. On the Expedia website it says 20% off food and beverages. I hate when places don’t honor what they promise.

This hotel is excellent. Very good location short walk to Alhambra Palace easy to get transportation to downtown clean rooms, uncomfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. The view of the town is wonderful.

Hotel is in close proximity to Alhambra, great view of town. Okay rooms/junior suites that may need some upgrade. Service average at best for a 5 star hotel, examples: check-in time 14:00h, we had to wait until 16:00h until room was ready (we had to ask for it); room cleaning was requested at 9:00h to be done by 13:00h, not done by 15:00h; at breakfast dirty plates were not removed, no one around to sign check, ckeck-out was very slow and unfriendly, etc. It was our second stay at the hotel, this time we had booked three junior suites/rooms because of proximity to Alhambra, for our bext stay in Granada we certainly look for other options.

This place is great!

Excellent hotel. Friendly, very helpful staff. Superb room and the location could not be better. Just a short walk from the Alhambra monument, as well as from super restaurants and great things to see and do -- like Flamenco shows in a natural cave. Couldn't ask for more.

The terrace restaurant at the hotel had delicious food! We also had our laundry done by the hotel and it was very quick and tidy (but also VERY expensive). We loved everything about the hotel, but the front desk staff were not very inviting or friendly.

This is a gorgeous and very comfortable hotel with great views over Granada. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and were made to feel very welcome by the staff.

This is a nice hotel with great views of Granada. It is close to Alhambra but far from everything else. A location in the city is preferable, lack of pool is another weakness in the extreme heat (June).

Common areas stunning and the staff at reception and concierge/bookings were absolutely amazing. I found my room very underwhelming however, to the degree I had to look it was the one I booked (honestly still not convinced), bar staff were also average in regards to service the one day I had lunch there.
