She was completely unapproachable and did not welcome any questions. We stayed four nights and no cleaner turned up at all. "La tripergola was the best hotel we stayed in the whole Italy. If you go by car or taxi is easy to get there, if you by train or bus is a little more tricky but still worth it if you have time. "Had a lovely stay at Artis Mare, situated right on the coast and offering sea views from the room. The staff here are lovely, I was surprised that housekeeping was provided every day, having stayed at much more expensive hotels worldwide where this is no longer a reality. Artis Mare, despite being a BnB offer great in room facilities such as a reasonably priced mini bar and complimentary nespresso machine. Thank you for a wonderful stay, I will be back. "

"After a full tour across Italy we came here to chill staff super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is so convenient and 2 mins walk into the centre of sorrento, pool is great when you can’t be bothered to go to a private beach. Happy hour is fabulous and roof terrace at end of the day was perfect start to the evening. Lots to do shopping wise and so many fabulous restaurants in town. Overall just what we needed and room

"The location is excellent if arriving or leaving from Napoli Central Station as it is literally across the station. What is a great advantge is also a bit of a disadvantage as it is usually the case, areas around central tratin stations are not the nicest, but during the day I felt totally safe walking and within 5 minutes of walking you are in very tourist spots. The staff are wonderful and the amenities great. It is a grand hotel, particularly if you are transfering between train and airport the next day (as it was my case). "The suite was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel breakfast had many different dishes and a nice seating area. The balcony in the room led to a beautiful sea view. The area around teh hotel was filled with restaurants/cafes a busy walking area next to the sea. The hotel employees were very polite and friendly.
