"I was not in Berlin for the best of reasons, but the staff at the hotel were wonderful and made me feel welcome. In particular Tony and Gregor at the Front Desk were absolutely brilliant, and a true example of hospitality. The GM, I unfortunately do not remember her name was also very helpful. The buffet breakfast is great. There are so many options and a menue one can order from as well. The sauna and pool on property are fantastic as well. The hotel is right next to Museum Island and has lots of transportation options. I would definitely book here again."

"Extremely convenient location right next to the main train station. It also has lockers that you can use to leave luggage if needed. They even had extra large sizes which was great! I left my large suitcase there and took a small carry on size one with me on the train to Warsaw. I came back 3 days later and picked up my other bag! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good."
