"I had a fabulous stay at this property and i definitely want to give the staff their flowers. They were so helpful and polite, always there when we needed assistance. We had so many questions about transportation, getting around, and taking the ferry, which they were all able to answer making much of our stay in positano smooth . The room was clean and well kept. We also enjoyed the outdoor bar area, it has a beautiful view of the city with a beautiful garden attached . I would also say they are in the perfect location to get to the beaches and ferries. Most hotels in the area are off the beaten path/no road access this one was right near where car services can drop you off and they offer luggage service. Highly highly recommend for a trip to positano. "

Positano is breathtaking, but this property and its staff made it even more unforgettable. The hotel is stunning. Every detail feels thoughtful and authentic. The views are picture perfect and the atmosphere is serene and elegant. We booked the suite and I completely recommend it. It was spacious, luxurious, and offered sweeping views that felt like waking up inside a dream. The balcony alone was worth every penny. What made the stay truly special was the incredible front desk staff. They were the kindest and most attentive people I have ever met in my travels. From offering local recommendations, to assisting with transportation, to greeting us with genuine warmth every time we walked through the door, they made us feel not like guests but like family. Every touch mattered, from smooth check in to thoughtful housekeeping. The staff’s pride in their work and love for their city shined through. We left not only relaxed and grateful but also deeply moved by the kindness we received. This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. I will recommend it to anyone traveling to the Amalfi Coast and I am already dreaming of the day we can return."
