"It was our first stay at this hotel and I could not praise their services enough. All staff are exceedingly attentive and friendly. The accommodation was excellent, Breakfast very good and varied and the swimming pool was really good, heated (rare in Portugal) at the right temperature. The bar service by the pool was also excellent. Front desk staff helped us with booking restaurants, taxis, transfers, places to visit and with every question we had. The hotel location is very central so we could walk to most spots. No doubt we will be staying there again."

"This hotel was one of the best stays I've had in a very long time. The location was excellent! Our room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! Water pressure in the shower was excellent (I have thick curly hair)! We had a room with a city view terrace and loved it. The hotel staff was very very accommodating and did their best to meet our needs (early check in). The hotel itself is laid out in such a fun way. We met so many nice people at the lobby bar and around. Right outside the hotel, either way you walked were great restaurants and cafes! We ate very well during our 3 night stay. The only negative was that we didn't have longer to enjoy the space! Definitely book this hotel, you will not regret it!"

"Comfortable hotel with good amenities such as rooftop pool and bar area, large gym and convenient underground parking. Rooms are nicely decorated and feel new, but overall were relatively basic with no mini bar items or bathroom amenities provided in the room. Location is good, just outside of the busy central area but only 15 mins walk away. Breakfast was an expensive addition that we didn’t opt for, and the on-site restaurant also seemed to be priced on the high side, not ideal for a young family so we chose to eat outside during our stay."
