Fine location along a popular, touristy street, though vehicle access is restricted so navigating pickup points becomes an issue. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Quiet room, pleasant rooftop garden, many restaurants and bars all around.

Great location! Very close to all points of interest, including Sao Bento station, which was great as we were continuing to travel to other locations. Super lively street, with many places to eat, stores, etc. Satff was very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent location and fabulous staff. We were early and expected to drop our bags however they let us have our room immediately. On our last day the staff arranged for breakfast to open early to accommodate our early departure.

As a family of 4 we stayed in a suite and it was so convenient and spacious. The front desk was super helpful about providing advice, directions, reservations. The location is fantastic — you can walk everywhere easily and the pedestrian street where the hotel is located is a blast and an attraction in and of itself. Be aware that taxis/cars can not drive up to the property directly so you’ll need to walk a block or 2 with your baggage to reach the front desk.

The location was perfect. Rooms were nice and the price was affordable. Would definitely stay there again. Only had the breakfast on the last day. Better places across the street. Upstairs bar was not so attractive. Better off going out.

Great boutique hotel with all the amenities required to total 100% satisfaction. Many thanks to Ms. Catarina, at the front desk, who assisted us and looked after us. The hotel is a gem and worth a return visit. You will not be disappointed....

Great location. I don’t recommend driving in Porto. Breakfast was excellent. The outdoor space was nice for escaping the crowds. Our room had a musty odor we requested a change in rooms but the hotel was unable to accommodate due to being fully booked for the weekend.

Great location/Great Hotel

Our room was great! Very spacious with lots of windows to open. We loved hearing the street musicians play. It had a very comfortable bed and was very clean. The bathroom was small but in very good condition. There was a kitchenette but it was not equipped with soap or towels until the last day. We had the breakfast all 5 days of our stay. The food offered never changed but it was good.

The property is located in a lovely area close to shopping, restaurants, and waterfront. However our room had a horrible mold issue in the bathroom and in the areas around the window. Tgis made me very uncomfortable and was grateful I was not there for very long
