"The apartment was great! It was spacious as well as comfortable for the 4x of us. The only reason for a star deduction was the communication on checking in and for sure checking out. I did not receive the checkin link until an hour prior to check-in and it came after a bit of wrangling through WhatsApp. Communication on checking out was none existent. I just made up was was safe, fair, and effective. I tried every way to communicate with the host(s) with no answer until I was gone. The anxiety...

Семья из 3х чел, с реб. 8ми мес., заранее бронирующие и полностью оплатившие квартиру для комфортного проживания с таким малышом - мы даже не подозревали о подобном: в Милане на момент проживания - 4 -5 грю Квартира неопапливаемая...ВООБЩЕ! В спальне нах сплит система. Пультов НЕТ! Хозяева на запросы не отвечают. Обьясняем, что очень холодно, жить невозможно, малышка заболеет - никакой реакции! К нашему прибытию нас никто не ждал. Заранее...

"We arrived at the appointment, followed the procedure but someone answered us that she was already in the appartement. Then we booked a hotel because we thought it was a scam. And the owner of the apartment called us with another number we didn't have at 21h... And he told us we had to call him but we didn't had his number before... So we booked a hotel for nothing "

"The room was excellent and everything the family needed, especially for the price! Our only issue was the surrounding area and condition of the building exterior felt unsafe (was not unsafe though) and the parking was filled up fast during mid to end of day. Overall a great property and place to stay for a trip to Milan."
