No parking on-site

We arrived late at night, and there's limited parking on-site. We were forced to park off-site, a few buildings down the road on a parking lot. Breakfast was a bit sparse for the price they charge, I expected more. Overall, a good value for the location.

Middle of the road

Good hotel with pleasant staff however in the middle of nowhere. The only restaurant around is Domino’s. To top it off they don’t even offer a proper glass in your room. It was very fine plastic that crumpled when you held it. Toilet paper came out of a dispenser that ripped as you took it out. Really made you feel like they were cutting every corner possible. Very good breakfast.

Very friendly and nice hotel

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit - attentive, professional, and always willing to help. They went above and beyond by offering fantastic local recommendations that led us to some hidden gems we wouldn't have discovered otherwise. When we checked out, they graciously held our luggage while we spent the afternoon at the mall, which was incredibly convenient. The room was wonderfully quiet, allowing for peaceful nights of rest without any disturbances from hallway or street noise. The location is convenient, close to the Porto Alegre airport and shopping malls. The coffee and breakfast was very delicious and worth the small extra cost. While the bathroom was generally clean, I did notice some mildew in the shower area that could use attention. However, this minor issue was overshadowed by the overall cleanliness of the room and the excellence of everything else. The comfortable bed, well-maintained facilities, and pleasant atmosphere made for a highly enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future.

Sem café...

Hotel bastante confortável, novo e com bom indice de limpeza. Porém, ficamos frustrados ao descer para o café da manhã e sermos informados que "a pessoa responsável não teria vindo e que por isso não haveria café...". Que a gerência do hotel entraria em contato para providenciar o reembolso... Deixa um pouco claro que a unidade não tem um plano contingencial para situações de emergência na prestação de seus serviços.

Um hotel que deixa a desejar. A começar pelo acesso ao estabelecimento, uma lateral onde não tem parada para carros, apenas estacionamento interno. Demora no check-in, porém com um bom atendimento. Quarto pequeno, cama ruim, lençóis bagunçados, papel higiênico do banheiro horrivel, estilo guardanapo... Enfim, não condiz com a apresentação do aplicativo. Por ser uma rede deveriam ser mais criteriosos com alguns detalhes.
